Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery only if the item meets one of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and unassembled
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Final sale or clearance items

Due to the nature of furniture and large home decor items, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Your order number

Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the cost.
  • For any other approved return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved:
    Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
